SHODOPIA

In this work I use a technique that is inspired by shodo, I make my own technique "Shodopia" using a tool of common use, the broom. You can see me dancing and painting with it in the Youtube video "The dancing shadow on the rose".

Inspired by the size of the art gallery at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center I decided to completely cover all of its walls, 208 feet of artwork. I create an impactful visual, a storytelling about nature and the extinction of animals.

In my dreams animals speak to me.

When I am awake nature fills my life

with beauty and joy.

I paint animals now trying to keep them
